Description
The Alarm.com ADC-VC827P is a fixed dome camera for locations that need a discreet profile and added physical protection. Its IP66 weather resistance and IK9 impact rating make it a dependable choice for indoor or outdoor entries, garages, covered walkways, storefronts and other areas where a standard camera may be easier to reach.
A 2MP progressive-scan sensor records up to 1920 x 1080 resolution through a 111-degree field of view. HDR and WDR help balance bright and shaded portions of the same scene, while integrated infrared illumination provides clear grayscale video in darkness at distances up to approximately 95 feet.
Video Analytics can distinguish people, vehicles and animals so alerts and recordings focus on meaningful activity. Business Activity Analytics adds options such as occupancy tracking, people counting, queue monitoring, crowd gathering and heat mapping, which can make the same camera useful for both security and day-to-day operational insight.
Customers can review live and recorded video through the Alarm.com app or website. Recording options include cloud clips, encrypted 24/7 onboard microSD recording and a compatible Stream Video Recorder. A 10/100 Ethernet connection supports 802.3af PoE for network and power over one cable, while a separate regulated 12 VDC input is available when needed.
