A 2MP sensor records up to 1440 x 1440 resolution, and HDR helps retain usable detail when a shaded porch faces bright daylight or entry lights create uneven exposure after dark.
Its 165-degree horizontal and 145-degree vertical view is shaped for entryway coverage, showing the approach as well as packages and activity near the threshold. Infrared illumination reaches approximately 15 feet, extending visibility when exterior lighting is limited. The fixed lens keeps the view consistent once the doorbell is positioned.
Alarm.com Video Analytics and intelligent people detection help compatible plans focus alerts on the activity that matters. When someone is at the door, full-duplex two-way audio supports a natural conversation through the Alarm.com app, whether you are inside the property or away from home. Recorded clips are stored through the compatible cloud service; the ADC-VDB750 does not provide onboard microSD recording.
Dual-band 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi with 2×2 MIMO provides flexible network connectivity, and the wired design accepts supported AC or DC doorbell power. The compact enclosure is rated IP65 and operates from -58 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit for demanding outdoor conditions. The Alarm.com ADC-W115C Smart Chime is available for installations that need a compatible indoor chime.
