Allied 4MP 25X Auto-Tracking PTZ Camera

The Allied 4MP 25X Auto-Tracking PTZ Camera is built for properties where a wide overview is not enough and distant activity still needs to be examined clearly. Its 4.8-120mm motorized lens moves from a 52.20-degree horizontal view to a tight 2.74-degree view, providing 25X optical zoom without relying on pixel-stretching digital enlargement. That reach makes it a strong fit for parking areas, campuses, warehouses, ranches, large residential properties and other open sites with important activity far from the mounting point.

Endless 360-degree pan, a -15 to 90-degree tilt range and fast movement up to 200 degrees per second allow the camera to reposition quickly. It supports 1,024 presets, 16 preset patrols, 16 route patrols and 16 recorded patrols, giving the system several ways to revisit important views. In a properly planned installation, Allied’s 25X auto-tracking PTZ camera can move from a broad perimeter view to a focused look at a person, vehicle or non-motor vehicle and continue following that target across the scene.

A 1/2.8-inch sensor records up to 2688 x 1520 at 30 frames per second. LightHunter low-light processing, color sensitivity down to 0.003 lux, smart infrared illumination up to 328.1 feet and 120 dB wide dynamic range help preserve detail through darkness, backlighting and uneven exterior illumination. Highlight and backlight compensation, digital defog, 2D/3D noise reduction and heatwave reduction provide added control for demanding long-distance views.

Smart Intrusion Prevention classifies people, vehicles and non-motor vehicles for line-crossing, intrusion, enter-area and leave-area rules. Face detection can select strong snapshots, while people-flow counting and crowd-density monitoring help organize activity around entrances and gathering areas. Motion, tampering, audio, object-left-behind and object-removal events provide additional ways to locate and review meaningful footage.

A microSD card up to 512GB provides edge storage, with compatible NVR, NAS and ANR recording options for a larger system. The camera supports two-way audio through one external audio input and output; a compatible microphone and speaker are required because neither is built in. Two alarm inputs, one alarm output and RS485 expand integration options. IEEE 802.3at PoE+ or 12V DC power, an IP67 and IK10 enclosure, 6kV surge protection and operation from -40 to 158 degrees F prepare it for demanding outdoor installations. Allied Home Security configures the presets, patrols, tracking areas and zoom positions around the property’s actual priorities, so its long-range capability is used where it adds the most protection.
