Description
The System Sensor 2W-B is a conventional two-wire photoelectric smoke detector for compatible listed alarm panels. Its sensing chamber and microprocessor are designed to recognize smoke while compensating for gradual dust buildup, helping the detector remain within its intended sensitivity range between scheduled service visits.
A pre-wirable base, inline terminals, broad back-box support, and Stop-Drop ‘N Lock head make installation and replacement more orderly. Green and red LEDs communicate standby, alarm, and maintenance conditions at a glance; with an i3-ready panel or 2W-MOD2, the detector can also report maintenance needs and participate in EZ Walk loop verification.
This is a system detector, not a standalone household alarm.
