Honeywell Home 5816WMBR Two-Zone Door/Window Transmitter – Brown

The brown Honeywell Home 5816WMBR brings the proven 5816 two-zone layout to stained doors, darker frames, and interiors where a white transmitter would stand out. One loop uses the built-in magnetic reed switch for the local opening, and the second accepts a compatible closed-circuit wired contact. That allows the radio to serve one or two protection points without changing its compact surface-mount footprint.

The transmitter communicates at 345 MHz with supported Honeywell Home 5800-series systems. It includes a replaceable CR123A battery, cover-tamper supervision, and mounting hardware, with an enclosure measuring 3-1/16 x 1-9/16 x 1-3/16 inches. The magnetic loop requires no more than 0.5 inch between the sensor and magnet when the opening is closed.

For an Allied home security system, the brown finish makes functional coverage easier to integrate with the room instead of treating the sensor as an afterthought. The wired and magnetic loops are enrolled and tested independently, and the final radio location is confirmed before mounting.
