Description
The Allied 16-Channel 5MP Hybrid DVR is designed for properties where coverage extends beyond a handful of exterior views. Sixteen BNC inputs can retain an existing coax camera investment, and eight IP channels allow the system to add specialized network cameras. With analog channels converted, the recorder can manage up to 24 IP streams.
Support for 5MP Lite and 8MP Lite recording, combined with a 4K HDMI output, gives operators a clearer local view of entrances, production areas, parking, and interior traffic. Two SATA bays accept up to 16TB each for 32TB total. That capacity makes this model useful in an Allied commercial video surveillance design where retention and channel growth need to be planned together.
UMD filtering distinguishes people, vehicles, and pets, while intrusion, cross-line, face, behavior, and people-counting tools make recorded footage easier to investigate. It is a strong middle ground for a substantial wired system that is gradually moving toward IP.
