Description
The black DSC PGP9303BK protects doors and windows without leaving a white sensor conspicuous on charcoal storefront frames, black aluminum windows, dark cabinets, or modern interior doors. The slim contact and matching full-length magnet form a cleaner pair than mixing hardware colors at a highly visible opening.
Its PowerG+ radio supports current IQ5, IQ4, and IQ Pro platforms plus compatible legacy PowerG panels in fallback mode. On a supported PowerG+ version, installers gain battery-voltage reporting, remote firmware updates, dealer lockdown, and optional two-factor enrollment; fallback systems retain the core supervised opening signal without those enhanced services.
A CR2450 battery powers the contact, while front/back tamper detection and automatic supervision help identify service issues. In an Allied business security installation, the black finish can keep a public-facing entrance visually consistent without giving up professional placement testing or encrypted two-way communication.
