Yale Assure Lock 2 Pro YRD624 Z-Wave Deadbolt – Oil Rubbed Bronze

The Yale Assure Lock 2 Pro YRD624 brings connected access control to a keyed deadbolt without giving up the familiar backup of a physical key. Its oil-rubbed bronze finish pairs a traditional hardware color with a clean, fingerprint-resistant touchscreen, while the included Z-Wave module connects the lock to a compatible smart-home or security platform.

Through a supported Z-Wave hub and app, owners can lock or unlock the door remotely, review access activity, receive notifications and manage up to 500 entry codes for family members, employees, guests or service providers. Auto-Lock helps secure the door after entry, and one-touch locking makes it easy to lock up when leaving.

The YRD624 is powered by four AA batteries, so normal local operation continues during a household power outage. If the batteries are depleted, the keyed cylinder remains available as a direct backup. ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 construction and a 90-minute fire rating add confidence for residential and light-commercial entry doors.

The self-handing lock fits common left- and right-handed doors with 2-3/8-inch or 2-3/4-inch backsets and door thicknesses from 1-3/8 inches to 2-1/4 inches.
