Included accessories support pendant, wristband, belt-clip, and keychain use, and the transmitter can also remain on a bedside table or desk. A transmission LED provides visual confirmation that the radio message was sent. The housing is water resistant for bath or shower use within the published limits and uses a replaceable CR2032 lithium battery.

The 5802WXT-2 may be enrolled as supervised or unsupervised RF depending on the compatible panel and application. In supervised operation, it checks in every 70 to 90 minutes and includes battery status.
