Description
The DSC WS4969 is a compact four-button wireless key that adds a high-intensity LED flashlight to common alarm-system controls. Default functions support Stay arm, Away arm, disarm, and panic, while compatible panel programming can assign supported actions such as lighting, a powered gate, or a garage-door output.
A deliberate press is required before a command is sent, and the default panic function uses a full three-second hold to reduce accidental alarms. The status LED confirms that the remote transmitted to the receiver. Its scratch-resistant buttons, water-resistant housing, and CR2032 battery are suited to everyday key-ring carry.
Allied programs each button around the property’s actual workflow and confirms the remote from its intended operating area. A panic key can complement other emergency signaling options, but the exact response still depends on panel programming and the active monitoring plan.
