Honeywell Home 5800PIR-COM Long-Range Wireless Motion Sensor

The Honeywell Home 5800PIR-COM is designed for larger indoor spaces that exceed the reach of a standard residential motion detector. Installers can use a 60 x 80 ft wide-angle pattern or the included 100 x 20 ft long-range lens, making the sensor practical for warehouses, retail aisles, long corridors, showrooms, and other difficult-to-wire commercial areas.

The detector can operate in unheated spaces down to -4 F and can send a low-temperature alert through a properly programmed compatible panel. Flashlight-enabled walk testing, remotely programmable sensitivity, optional look-down coverage, a covered circuit board, and a 7- to 9-foot mounting range help the installer aim and verify the pattern without unnecessary disassembly. This commercial model does not provide pet immunity.
