DSC LC-204 Hardwired Dual-Technology Motion Detector

The DSC LC-204 uses both a fully digital PIR and a microwave sensor to evaluate movement across a 49-foot, 100-degree area. Requiring agreement between the two technologies can reduce alarms caused by a disturbance that affects only heat sensing or only microwave reflection, while selectable logic allows the detector to suit different installation requirements.

Pet immunity supports animals up to 33 pounds under the specified mounting conditions. The detector also includes digital white-light rejection, temperature compensation, high RFI resistance, a selectable pulse counter, creep-zone coverage, case and wall tamper switches, and built-in end-of-line resistors. It operates from 9 to 15V DC and is CE / EN Grade 2 certified.

The LC-204 fits both homes and businesses that already have wired motion circuits and need a more selective replacement detector without the LC-203’s active anti-masking feature.
