Description
The 2GIG PIR1E-900 combines a broad quad-element passive infrared pattern with the encrypted, extended-range E+ radio platform. Its 30-by-50-foot coverage and 100-degree maximum spread are suited to open rooms, corridors, reception areas, and other interior spaces where a narrow motion pattern would leave gaps.
Installer-adjustable pet immunity can filter movement from pets weighing up to 85 pounds when the sensor is mounted and aimed correctly. In a tailored business security system, the long E+ radio range can also help cover large or multi-level layouts without treating every difficult room as a repeater problem.
Two-way encrypted communication reaches up to 1.2 miles in open air with a 2GIG EDGE panel on firmware 1.3 or newer.
