Description

The System Sensor 2WTA-B adds more local warning capability to a conventional two-wire fire loop. Its photoelectric chamber evaluates smoke, a restorable 135 F thermal element provides a second detection method, and the detector can signal a freeze-trouble condition when the surrounding temperature falls below 41 F.

An integral piezoelectric horn produces an 85 dBA temporal-three pattern during smoke alarm operation. With the proper reversing relay, compatible heads on the loop can sound together and remain synchronized. Drift compensation, smoothing algorithms, remote maintenance reporting, and the two-wire EZ Walk test help the service technician identify circuit and sensitivity issues without treating every visit as a blind search.

Panel compatibility and notification design must be verified before this detector is installed.
