Description
The Qolsys IQ Heat 135/200 is designed for property protection in locations where smoke detection may be unsuitable or where a heat detector adds a useful layer. An installer-selectable jumper sets the fixed alarm threshold to 135 F or 200 F, and the detector also responds to a rapid temperature rise of approximately 12 to 15 F per minute.
Its compact 2.29-inch-diameter housing mounts on a wall or ceiling and communicates over 319.5 MHz. With a maximum UL spacing of 50 by 50 feet, the detector can fit mechanical areas, utility spaces, and selected commercial environments when the chosen threshold and ambient ceiling temperature match the application.
