Description
The DSC PG9936 is a two-way PowerG smoke and heat detector for compatible security panels. Its photoelectric chamber looks for smoke particles, while the heat channel responds at approximately 135 F, giving the system two distinct ways to recognize developing fire conditions in an approved indoor location.
A built-in 85 dB sounder provides local notification, and three AAA alkaline batteries are rated for up to three years of typical service. Tamper, low-battery, and supervisory reports help the panel identify service conditions instead of leaving the detector isolated from the rest of the alarm system.
