Description
The 2GIG CO100-345 watches for carbon monoxide with an electrochemical sensing element and sounds an 85 dB local alarm when a dangerous condition is detected. It also reports alarm, low-battery, tamper, and end-of-life conditions to a compatible 2GIG panel instead of relying on a standalone chirp alone.
When Allied includes CO protection in a custom home security system, the panel can place this life-safety event in the same monitored environment as burglary, smoke, and emergency signals. The detector is designed around a 10-year sensor and projected 10-year battery life, reducing routine battery changes while preserving supervision.
The CO100-345 supports switchable encrypted or non-encrypted 345 MHz communication and reaches up to 350 feet in open air.
