Resideo 958 Overhead Door Contact with Adjustable Magnet

The Resideo 958 is built for overhead and rolling doors whose movement, vibration, and wider gap make an ordinary trim contact a poor fit. A heavy metal housing protects the switch at floor level, while the adjustable magnet helps the installer align the two sides around the door track and closed position.

Inside the housing, the reed switch is epoxy sealed against moisture and impact. Resideo’s shock-absorber construction also limits flex around the switch, giving warehouses, service bays, storage buildings, and larger residential garages a more durable way to report whether the opening is secure.
