Description
The Qolsys IQ Door/Window-S is a full-featured encrypted contact for doors, windows, gates, and other openings that need dependable 319.5 MHz reporting. Its narrow body gives the installer more room to work around trim while retaining a larger CR2 battery and long open-air range.
Beyond a standard magnetic contact, the sensor can accept a normally closed external contact for applications where the preferred switch must be mounted separately. That flexibility makes it a useful piece of security equipment for unusual frames, concealed contacts, and selected retrofit conditions.
S-Line encryption, cover tamper, low-battery reporting, and periodic supervision keep the panel informed about more than a simple open or closed state.
