Description
The Ecolink WST-400 monitors the position of an overhead garage door by sensing the door panel’s change in angle. It mounts directly near the top of the moving door, so there is no separate magnet to align and no wide contact gap to maintain as the sections travel through the track.
A mechanical tilt element and slow-loop response are designed to ignore brief movement from vibration or wind while still reporting a meaningful change in door position. The replaceable CR123A battery is rated for five years, and the extended -22 to 120 F operating range is well suited to unconditioned attached garages. The sensor communicates with compatible DSC 433 MHz receivers.
Allied verifies the closed and open orientations, tests the wireless path with the door in place, and confirms the programmed zone behavior before handoff.
