Description
The ADI Pro 0E-ROPLUNGE is a ten-pack of flush-mounted roller ball contacts for doors where a conventional switch-and-magnet pair is not the best mechanical fit. The door presses the roller ball as it closes, allowing the plunger assembly to operate the internal reed contact without a separate surface magnet beside it.
Each unit includes a 3/4-inch body, mounting flange and hardware, plus 12-inch 22 AWG leads for the zone connection. The manufacturer publishes a 0.25-inch closed-position specification and a normally open Form A reed for closed-loop wiring. The contact is rated at 30 VDC, 0.2 A, and 5 W, with high-impact construction and a steel operating assembly.
Roller contacts depend on precise depth and mechanical travel. Allied checks both the physical action and the electrical zone response through repeated open-and-close cycles.
