Description
The ADI Pro 0E-2541WGW5 is a five-pack of full-size magnetic contacts for surface-mounted door and window protection. A 2.5-inch housing gives the screw terminals, covers, and mounting points more working room than a miniature contact, which can make a neater installation on broad frames and higher-traffic openings.
Included covers and spacers help the installer level the switch and magnet when trim surfaces do not line up perfectly. The closed gap is rated at 0.85 inch, with a published 0.9-inch departure gap, and the terminals support 18-24 AWG wire. Each contact uses a normally open Form A reed on a closed loop rated for 30 VDC, 0.2 A, and 5 W.
For a commercial security system, covered screw terminals can be a sensible choice on stockroom doors, offices, and interior service openings where the circuit may need to be inspected later. Allied aligns the magnet, secures the covers, and confirms the zone at both the closed and fully open positions before handoff.
