The ADI Pro 0E-2531WGW10 gives installers a flexible surface-mount option for doors, windows, cabinets, and other indoor openings that cannot accept a recessed contact. The ten-pack includes matching magnets and can be mounted with screws or adhesive tape, making it easier to work around existing trim and shallow frames.

Each 2-inch contact accepts 22-24 AWG field wiring at its terminals and uses a normally open Form A reed on a closed alarm loop. Its 0.9-inch closed gap and 0.94-inch departure gap provide practical alignment room without turning a loose-fitting opening into guesswork. The high-impact housing is designed for consistent operation in residential, light-commercial, and commercial interiors.

Because the wiring remains serviceable, this style is useful when an opening may need future adjustment or replacement. The installer should still keep the switch and magnet parallel, route the zone cable away from pinch points, and meter the circuit before programming the zone. The contact is passive and does not require a local battery.
