Description
The 2GIG DWR100-345 installs inside the door or window frame, leaving only the small recessed openings visible once the entry is closed. A rare-earth magnet works with the concealed sensor to report open and restore events without adding a bulky contact to finished trim.
This design is a strong fit for front doors, office entries, and other locations where appearance matters as much as perimeter protection. Its 0.75-inch cylindrical body requires enough frame depth and a carefully aligned magnet, so Allied verifies the opening before drilling and tests the gap after installation.
The contact communicates at 345 MHz and can be switched between encrypted and non-encrypted operation for compatible 2GIG systems. A projected five-year CR-2 battery reduces maintenance, while regular supervision reports alarm, restore, and low-battery conditions to the panel.
