Description
The 2GIG DW10E-900 is a compact indoor door and window contact for the E+ extended-range platform. Its rounded outer housing, square alignment surface, and included spacer help the sensor and rare-earth magnet sit consistently on common frames, reducing avoidable gap problems.
A normally open or normally closed dry-contact input can bring a compatible external switch onto the same transmitter. That flexibility supports specialty openings without sacrificing the encrypted E+ link, while alarm, restore, tamper, low-battery, and regular supervisory messages keep the panel informed of device status.
The sensor communicates up to 1.2 miles in open air with a compatible 2GIG EDGE panel running firmware 1.3 or newer, and its CR2450 battery is projected to last up to eight years.
