Description
The Alarm.com ADC-SEM300-VT-VZ-M gives compatible VISTA-10P, 15P, 20P, and 21iP systems a modern connection to Alarm.com. Verizon LTE Cat M1 provides the cellular path, and a wired Ethernet connection can add broadband as a second route for more resilient event delivery.
The module reads the existing panel, user codes, and supported zone information instead of asking the property owner to start over. That makes it a strong fit for an Allied existing-system takeover where the VISTA hardware is serviceable but customers want app control, useful alerts, video integration, and Z-Wave Plus automation on the Alarm.com platform.
The SEM includes wall and cover tamper detection, internal antennas, and five outward-facing diagnostic LEDs.
