Description
The Alarm.com ADC-SEM300PS-VZ gives DSC PowerSeries PC1616, PC1832, and PC1864 controls a path to modern connected security. It uses Verizon LTE Cat M1 for cellular signaling and can use Ethernet as a second path, helping the system move beyond phone-line reporting without abandoning its hardwired zones and compatible peripherals.
During commissioning, the SEM reads supported panel programming, zone information, and user data so Alarm.com can present meaningful status in the app. Remote arming, alerts, automation, and service tools then become available according to the account package, while the built-in Z-Wave Plus controller can support a broader connected-property plan.
