Description
The Alula RE508X gives a new wireless alarm panel a practical path to eight existing hardwired burglary zones. Each input receives its own wireless identity, while automatic polarity and end-of-line detection simplifies the transition from normally closed, normally open, and compatible resistor-supervised loops.
A battery-backed 12V DC auxiliary output can support compatible powered four-wire burglary devices, and the translator supervises its cover, wall tamper, AC condition, and backup battery. Selectable 319.5, 345, and 433.92 MHz panel protocols let one model serve several common takeover environments without replacing sound wiring that still tests correctly.
For an existing alarm system takeover, Allied maps every conductor, verifies resistance and device type, then enrolls and tests each translated zone at the panel.
