Description
The 2GIG TAKE100-345 converts as many as eight compatible hardwired burglary loops into individual 345 MHz wireless zones for a 2GIG panel. It is built for properties where door contacts, motion detectors, or glass-break sensors are already wired and still useful, but the control platform is being modernized.
That makes the module a practical foundation for an existing security system takeover: Allied can evaluate the installed wiring, retain suitable devices, and move their zone events into the new panel without turning a sound prewire into unnecessary demolition. Additional modules can be added when more than eight eligible zones are present.
The TAKE100-345 accepts 9-16V DC or 16.5-20V AC input, can use the former panel’s backup battery, and supplies up to 500 mA for powered motion or glass-break devices.
