Alarm.com SEM300 VISTA Dual-Path Communicator – AT&T

The Alarm.com ADC-SEM300-VT-AT-M connects supported VISTA panels to Alarm.com over AT&T LTE Cat M1 and optional broadband Ethernet. Using both paths gives alarm events two independent routes from the property, while the module’s keypad-bus connection keeps system status and remote commands synchronized with the existing control.

For a small office, shop, or residence that already has dependable VISTA wiring and sensors, the SEM adds connected services without a wholesale panel replacement. Within an Allied commercial security system, remote configuration tools can also reduce on-site service time when the panel revision supports uploading and downloading.

Built-in Z-Wave Plus extends the takeover into compatible locks, lights, thermostats, and other automation devices. The SEM replaces other alarm-signaling communicators and cannot share that role with a POTS or third-party reporting device. Service-plan capabilities are selected during Alarm.com activation.
