Description
The 2GIG ANT5XL-GC3 moves the cellular antenna away from the panel and into an attic location where signal conditions may be stronger. Its 10-foot coax cable gives the installer room to rotate or relocate the antenna around metal, wiring, and other sources of interference instead of accepting a weak reading at the control panel.
It plugs into the cellular radio sled used by compatible GC3 and GC3e panels or connects to the antenna terminal on a 2GIG EDGE board. The slim 7.68-by-1.54-inch housing is IP65 rated and built for temperatures from -4°F to 149°F, making it appropriate for protected attic spaces across demanding Texas seasons.
This is a signal-improvement accessory, not a cellular radio or monitoring service.
