Description
The Honeywell Home 6165EX is designed for places where a conventional landscape keypad is simply too wide. Its portrait housing measures only 2.88 inches across, making it a smart fit beside narrow door trim, between wall features, or in compact offices and utility areas.
Despite the smaller footprint, it provides a full 32-character custom alpha display with personalized zone names and support for three-digit zone numbers. Four fully programmable keys handle quick commands, while the piezoelectric sounder and continuously backlit soft-touch keys maintain familiar VISTA operation.
A supervised tamper adds protection against unauthorized removal, and the removable door keeps the numeric controls covered when desired. The 6165EX connects to compatible VISTA controls over the standard four-wire 12V ECP bus and programs like a 6160 keypad.
