Description
The Qolsys IQ5 NS removes the touchscreen without stripping away the IQ5 platform underneath it. It is designed for systems controlled through compatible keypads, apps, and connected devices, making the main controller less visually prominent while preserving full Alarm.com integration and professional security capacity.
Built-in 915 MHz PowerG+ supports up to 128 encrypted security devices, and the dedicated PowerG automation channel can manage up to 100 compatible devices. Z-Wave 800 Series Long Range provides room for as many as 167 smart controls. The IQ5 NS also supports four partitions, up to 242 user codes, and compatible hardwired expansion through an IQ Hardwire PowerG module.
This model uses AT&T or Verizon LTE Cat 4 with 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi for dual-path communication. A front-facing 2-watt speaker, 85 dB siren, two status LEDs, Bluetooth 5.0 LE, and a 24-hour battery cover the essential local functions.
