The Alarm.com VDB775 Wedge Mount Kit helps correct a difficult doorbell angle without forcing the camera into an awkward position. Use the 5° downward wedge when the doorbell sits higher than ideal, the reversible 30° wedge to turn the view left or right, or the flat spacer to clear trim, siding, and other obstructions.
Because each piece is shaped for the ADC-VDB775, the finished installation stays clean while giving the camera a more useful view of the approach. It is especially helpful on side walls, narrow entries, and doors where the existing wiring location cannot be moved. The right mounting angle can make the difference between simply seeing motion and clearly seeing who is at the door.
For homes using Allied’s video doorbell camera, this kit gives the installer flexibility to improve the field of view at the mounting point.
