System Sensor COSMO-4W i4 4-Wire Smoke and CO Detector

The System Sensor COSMO-4W gives a compatible four-wire fire and life-safety circuit separate photoelectric smoke and electrochemical CO detection in one enclosure. The required COSMOD4W interface translates those events into distinct smoke and carbon-monoxide zones and can interconnect compatible detector sounders across the module.

Red and blue LEDs make the active hazard easy to identify. Smoke produces a temporal-three pattern, CO produces temporal four, and the integral 85 dBA sounder supplements the property’s listed notification appliances. Technicians can use RealTest canned-CO testing to exercise the actual gas cell, and the electrochemical module can be replaced at its typical ten-year end of life without discarding the complete detector.
